Your Right to Delete Your Data

At Selectic Inc., we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

What Data We Store

We only collect and store minimal data necessary for our games to function:

  • Email address — used for account login and notifications
  • Username — your display name in our games
  • Game progress — scores, achievements, and saved game states
  • Facebook or platform ID — if you connected via Facebook or another platform

We do not store payment information, sensitive personal data, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: team@selectic.ai
  2. Include in your email:
    • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your username (if known)
    • The game(s) you played
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours

Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving your request, we will delete all your personal data from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Please note that some anonymized, aggregated data (such as total player counts) may be retained as it cannot be linked back to you personally.

Facebook Users

If you connected to our games via Facebook, you can also remove our app's access to your Facebook data:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to "Settings & Privacy" → "Settings"
  3. Select "Apps and Websites" from the left menu
  4. Find our game and click "Remove"

Removing the app from Facebook will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To also delete data stored on our servers, please send us an email as described above.

Data Deletion Callback

For platforms that support automated data deletion callbacks, our endpoint is:

https://selectic.games/api/data-deletion

This endpoint accepts signed requests from Facebook and other supported platforms and automatically processes deletion requests.
